设计了一种波纹管为衬底的光纤光栅(FBG)液位传感头,提出用参考光栅补偿温度变化对FBG测量压力影响的方法。在3~30 cm的液位范围内,测试了传感器的特性,给出温度补偿后液位引起波长漂移的实验曲线。结果表明,传感器液位灵敏度为-0.0553 nm/cm。传感头采用Ni基合金作为机敏封装元件,具有抗腐蚀、耐疲劳的优点,适用于储油罐等恶劣环境下使用。
A kind of fiberglass (FBG) liquid level sensor with corrugated tube substrate was designed. The method of compensating the pressure of FBG by reference grating was put forward. In the range of 3 ~ 30 cm, the characteristics of the sensor were tested, and the experimental curve of wavelength shift caused by liquid level after temperature compensation was given. The results show that the sensitivity of sensor level is -0.0553 nm / cm. Sensor head using Ni-based alloy as a sensitive package components, with anti-corrosion, fatigue-resistant advantages for storage tanks and other harsh environments.
