地下管线是我国城市地下管网建设的重要部分,也是测绘地理信息领域中重要研究热点问题。然而在地下管线探测作业领域中,多数单位依然停留在传统作业流程中。随着移动互联网技术与GIS技术的不断融合发展,传统的地下管网探测作业流程呈现了“纸质记录维护难、建库中间环节多、作业情况难以跟踪调查”等问题。针对上述问题,本文研究传统地下管线数据采集流程,归纳其业务规则,结合移动GIS技术,探讨基于GIS的城市地下管线数据采集系统设计方法。
Underground pipeline is an important part of the construction of urban underground pipe network in our country. It is also an important research hotspot in the field of surveying and mapping geographic information. However, in the field of underground pipeline exploration operations, most units still remain in the traditional operation process. With the continuous integration and development of mobile Internet technology and GIS technology, the traditional underground pipe network exploration workflow presents such problems as “difficult to maintain the paper records, more intermediate links in the database, and difficult to follow the homework”. In view of the above problems, this paper studies the traditional underground pipeline data acquisition process, summarizes its business rules, combined with mobile GIS technology to explore GIS-based urban underground pipeline data acquisition system design.
