用销环式腐蚀磨损试验机测定了双相不锈钢在含Cl的磷酸溶液中的腐蚀磨损-载荷曲线以及磨损过程中的阳极极化曲线观察了磨痕、磨屑形貌以及磨损前后硬度变化表明Cl在磨损过程中促使磨损表面变脆,发生脆性撕裂,从而加速了材料的流失.
Corrosion wear-load curve and anode polarization curve of duplex stainless steel in Cl-containing phosphoric acid solution were measured by pin-ring corrosion wear tester. The changes of wear scar, wear debris morphology and hardness before and after wear were observed Cl in the wear process to promote the wear surface becomes brittle, the occurrence of brittle tear, thus accelerating the loss of material.
