目的了解乡镇医疗机构消毒工作现状,控制院内感染。方法采用现场调查和采样方法,对海拉尔陈巴尔虎旗镇7所医院、8所社区医疗门诊、18所个体卫生所消毒质量进行了监测。结果共采样269件,合格率89.96%。乡镇医院、社区医疗门诊、个体卫生所合格率分别为97.96%、94.44%、78.78%。结论陈巴尔虎旗镇医疗机构消毒质量总合格率较低,还存在许多问题,要引起重视,加强监督。 Objective To understand the current situation of disinfection work in township medical institutions and to control nosocomial infections. Methods On-site investigation and sampling methods were used to monitor the disinfection quality of seven hospitals, eight community clinics and 18 individual clinics in Chenbaerhuqi Town, Hailaer. Results A total of 269 samples, the passing rate of 89.96%. The passing rates of township hospitals, community health clinics and individual clinics were 97.96%, 94.44% and 78.78% respectively. Conclusion The total qualified rate of disinfection quality in medical institutions in Chenbaer Huqi Town is relatively low. There are still many problems that should be paid attention to to strengthen supervision.
