广州房地产市场一直风云翻卷,临江楼盘硝烟刚散,郊外楼盘烽火又起,山水楼盘见势再擂战鼓,令局外人士观得眼花缭乱。一些配套商趁机争夺楼市,大获其利,却也引起了另一场楼市争夺战,甚至连过去一直养尊处优的国有银行也坐不住了,纷纷放下架子冲向楼市,互相火拼抢夺客源。火拼最猛烈的是五大商业银行,其中的四家是中国人民银行旗下的中国银行、建设银行、工商银行、农业银行,另外一家是民生银行。目前这五家银行在楼市之争可谓如火如荼,高招迭出,正值酣战。
