随着我国房地产行业的快速发展,建筑行业的行业标准和要求也变得愈加规范,房屋测量技术作为建筑行业和房地产相关工作基础之一,其测量手段和测量技术的水平是衡量房地产和建筑行业质量的重要指标,但是从我国目前的情况来看,虽然有越来越多的房屋测量技术和设备出现在房屋测量工作之中,但是房屋测量技术还存在不少问题,基于此,本文结合建筑工程量测量方面内容,对我国房屋测量技术问题进行了探讨,本文的研究成果应当能在一定程度上为房屋测量技术发展提供一定的参考和指导的价值。
With the rapid development of China’s real estate industry, the construction industry’s industry standards and requirements have become more standardized, housing measurement technology as the construction industry and real estate related work, one of its measurement methods and measurement techniques is to measure the level of real estate and construction industry However, judging from the current situation in our country, although there are more and more housing measurement techniques and equipment in the housing measurement work, there are still many problems in the housing measurement technology. Based on this, Engineering quantity measurement aspects of China’s housing measurement technology issues are discussed, the research results of this paper should be able to provide some reference for the development of housing measurement technology and guidance value.
