目的了解当地黑热病传播媒介白蛉种类及评价溴氰菊酯和高效氯氟氰菊酯(大灭)2种杀虫剂对白蛉的防制效果。方法采用人工捕捉和诱蚊灯捕蛉,指标为捕捉白蛉只数/人工小时。结果白蛉种类调查居民家的白蛉以长管白蛉占优势;户外以吴氏白蛉为主;用2.5%可湿性溴氰菊酯和大灭进行现场喷洒灭蛉可使白蛉数量比对照区降低3.89倍和11.11倍。结论通过连续考核证明,2种杀虫剂均可以削平白蛉密度的季节高峰,大灭的灭蛉持效期要高于溴氰菊酯,可以取代溴氰菊酯。
Objective To understand the species of black catfish and to evaluate the control effects of two insecticides, deltamethrin and lambda-cyhalothrin, on whitefly. Methods The artificial catching and trapping lamp were used to catch the catfish, and the index was the number of catches catfish / artificial hour. Results The results of the survey on the species of catfish showed that the white catfish was dominated by white catfish and the white catfish was dominated by long-legged catfish.
