目的探讨介入治疗对宫颈癌中AQP1表达的影响及意义。方法术前行动脉化疗栓塞的宫颈癌标本16例为实验组,术前未行动脉栓塞的宫颈癌标本14例为对照组,分别应用RT-PCR及免疫组化法检测AQP1在不同组织中的表达。结果AQP1mRNA在介入治疗前后宫颈癌组织中均有表达,AQP1mRNA在行介入治疗的宫颈癌组织中表达明显降低(P<0.01)。AQP1表达于宫颈癌组织的毛细血管内皮细胞上,胞膜及胞浆染色。介入治疗后,宫颈癌组织中AQP1表达及肿瘤微血管密度明显降低,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论介入治疗可以降低AQP1在宫颈癌中的表达,抑制宫颈癌的生长和转移。
Objective To investigate the effect and significance of interventional therapy on the expression of AQP1 in cervical cancer. Methods Twenty-six cases of cervical cancer specimens undergoing preoperative arterial chemoembolization were selected as experimental group. 14 cases of cervical cancer specimens without arterial embolization before operation were taken as control group. RT-PCR and immunohistochemistry were used to detect the expression of AQP1 in different tissues expression. Results AQP1 mRNA was expressed in cervical cancer tissues before and after interventional therapy. The expression of AQP1 mRNA was significantly decreased in cervical cancer patients undergoing interventional therapy (P <0.01). AQP1 expression in cervical cancer tissue of the capillary endothelial cells, membrane and cytoplasmic staining. After interventional therapy, the expression of AQP1 and the density of tumor microvessels in cervical cancer tissues were significantly lower (P <0.01). Conclusion Interventional therapy can reduce the expression of AQP1 in cervical cancer and inhibit the growth and metastasis of cervical cancer.
