本文从现实出发,在了解到长沙市房地产均价在中部六省省会城市房地产均价地处洼地的现状后,根据能够获得的统计数据运用SPSS统计软件分析中部六省房地产市场的预期价格,发现与现实状况相符合;进而运用经济学的相关理论,针对中部六省省会城市的具体情况,尝试性的解释了长沙市房价地处洼地的形成原因。
Based on the reality, we know that the average price of real estate in Changsha city is lower than the average price of real estate in the capital cities of the six central provinces. Based on the statistical data available, we use SPSS statistical software to analyze the expected price of the real estate market in the six central provinces. Which is in line with the actual situation; and then use the relevant theory of economics, according to the specific conditions of capital cities in the six central provinces, tentatively explained the formation of Changsha city housing prices lying in the depression.
