1990年10月21～27日,联合国粮农组织在印度尼哥普市(Nagpur)召开了亚太地区关于杂交棉研究与生产利用的专家磋商会,山东棉花研究中心主任李文炳等应邀参加了会议。会议具体在印度中心棉花研究所(CICR)举行。
From October 21 to October 27, 1990, FAO convened an expert consultation on cotton hybrid cotton in the Asia Pacific region in Nagpur. Li Wenbing, director of the Shandong Cotton Research Center, was invited to attend the conference. The meeting was held at the Indian Institute of Cotton Institute (CICR).
