上海市卫生事业跃进交流大会全体代表,向全市卫生工作者提出关于响应中共上海市委号召跃进再跃进的倡议书.热烈响应中共上海市委要求全市工、农、商、学、兵跃进再跃进的号召,必须继续鼓足干劲,力争上游,发扬共产主义风格,大闹技术革命与文化革命,促使卫生事业大大跃进,更好地为工农业生产大跃进服务.我们代表全市卫生工作者,坚决表示在我们的工作中一定要做到:一、政治挂帅,破除迷信,拔白旗,插红旗,用抢救丘财康同志的共产主义精种对待一切病人,做到待病人如亲人.二、面向生产,深入群众,贯彻预防为主,卫生人员普遍下工厂、下农村、下里弄,改革医疗制度,送医药上门,切实为工农业生产服务.广泛深入地开展除七害讲卫生的运动.使群众普遍掌握卫生知识和防病防伤知识.在短期之内消灭几种危害人民健康的重要疾病.
