全国首届对外经济贸易发展问题青年研讨会1985年12月2日至6日在对外经济贸易大学举行。参加会议的有来自全国各地大专院校、研究单位、报刊杂志和对外经贸部门等几十个单位的青年理论工作者、实际工作者共七十六人。会议收到论文六十一篇。会议的主要议题是“坚持对外开放,发展对外经济贸易”。其目的是探讨进一步扩大出口贸易,发展对外经贸关系的方式和途径,以及加强对外经贸研究领域中青年同志之间的横向学术联系。这次青年研讨会受到了各方面的关注。对外经贸部部长郑拓彬出席了会议并作了讲话。人民日报、中国日报和中央电视台等十多家新闻单位都对会议作了报导。会议共分四个专题组进行讨论。四个专题是:“外贸体制改革”、“扩大出口”、“汇率”和“国际经济合作”。现将讨论中所提出的主要观点和不同看法,归纳如下: The first youth seminar on foreign economic and trade development in the country was held from December 2nd to 6th, 1985 at the University of International Business and Economics. There were a total of 76 young theoretical and practical workers from dozens of units from colleges, universities, research institutions, newspapers, magazines, and foreign economic and trade departments across the country. The conference received 61 papers. The main theme of the conference was “to open up to the outside world and to develop foreign economic trade.” Its purpose is to explore ways and means to further expand export trade, develop foreign economic and trade relations, and strengthen horizontal academic links between young and middle-aged comrades in the field of foreign trade research. This youth seminar has received various attention. Minister of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation Zheng Tuobin attended the meeting and made a speech. More than a dozen news organizations such as the People’s Daily, China Daily, and China Central Television reported the conference. The meeting is divided into four special groups for discussion. The four topics are: “Transformation of the Foreign Trade System,” “Extended Exports,” “Exchange Rates,” and “International Economic Cooperation.” The main points and different views put forward in the discussion will be summarized as follows:
