建立狗的中枢性和外周性呕吐模型，采用３阶段交叉实验设计观察呕宁方与恩丹西酮阳性对照组、蒸馏水空白对照组的镇吐药效，并行小鼠急性毒性试验，结果呕宁方能明显拮抗阿朴吗啡所致狗的中枢性呕吐和硫酸铜所致狗的外周性呕吐（Ｐ均＜０．０１），效果相仿于恩丹西酮（Ｐ＞０．０５）。
To establish a model of central and peripheral vomiting in dogs, and to observe the antiemetic efficacy of the control group of Huan-Ning prescription and ondansetron and the blank control group of distilled water using a 3-phase crossover experiment. It was able to antagonize the central vomiting of dogs caused by apomorphine and the peripheral vomiting of dogs caused by cupric sulfate (P<0.01). The effect was similar to that of ondansetron (P>0.05).
