大学生党员教育管理服务工作一直是高校党建工作的重中之重。在面临“就业低谷”的社会大背景下,如何调整大学生党员教育管理模式,使大学生党员的党性素养和社会服务能力同步成长成为亟待解决的问题。本文立足当前高校党建和大学生党员教育管理服务工作的现状,对调整大学生党员教育管理模式进行探索分析,并以贵州某高校为个案提出相应对策。
The work of college student party members in educational management and service has always been the most important task in party building in colleges and universities. Under the social background of “employment downturn”, how to adjust the education and management mode of college student party members so that the party members’ accomplishment and social service ability grow in unison become the problems to be solved urgently. Based on the current situation of party building and college student party members’ education management and service in colleges and universities, this paper explores and analyzes the adjustment of college students’ party members’ education and management mode, and puts forward a countermeasure based on the case of a college in Guizhou.
