通过真空烧结方法制备纳米改性的Ti(C,N)基金属陶瓷,并对其进行固体粉末渗硼处理。研究了渗硼处理对纳米改性Ti(C,N)基金属陶瓷组织与性能的影响。采用光学显微镜、SEM、XRD以及EDS等方法对组织结构进行研究,用带有刻度的显微硬度计观察渗硼层的厚度并测量显微硬度,利用DCS-5000型万能材料实验机采用三点弯曲法测试试样抗弯强度。结果表明,试样表面获得约30μm厚的渗硼层,组成成分为TiB2、MoB2、CoB和Ni3B等硼化物,渗硼试样的表面显微硬度提高43%,但抗弯强度有所下降。
The nano-modified Ti (C, N) -based cermets were prepared by the vacuum sintering method and solid powder boriding treatment was carried out. The effect of boronizing treatment on the microstructure and properties of nano-modified Ti (C, N) -based cermets was investigated. The structure of the microstructure was studied by optical microscopy, SEM, XRD and EDS. The thickness of the boronizing layer was observed with a microhardness tester with a graduation and the microhardness was measured. Using the DCS-5000 universal material testing machine, Bending test specimen flexural strength. The results show that the boronizing layer with the thickness of about 30μm is obtained on the surface of the sample, the composition is borides such as TiB2, MoB2, CoB and Ni3B. The surface microhardness of the boronizing sample increases by 43%, but the bending strength decreases.
