为了探讨诱发电位对脑萎缩的诊断价值,本文分析了42例经CT 证实的脑萎缩病人的诱发电位表现。42例中男32例,女10例。年龄1~70岁,平均40.62岁。其中癫痫患者22例,余为头晕、运动或感觉障碍患者。CT 表现广泛性脑萎缩22例,广泛性脑萎缩伴局灶性病变7例,局限性脑萎缩13例。结果发现体感诱发电位(SEP)异常率为80.49%(33/41),脑干听觉诱发电位(BAEP)异常率为63.41%(26/41),视觉诱发电位(VEP)为52.17%(12/23),三项诱发电位的总异常率为95.23%,高于脑电图异常率(63.16%,24/38)
In order to investigate the diagnostic value of evoked potentials on brain atrophy, we analyzed the evoked potentials of 42 patients with brain atrophy confirmed by CT. 42 cases of male 32 cases, 10 females. Aged 1 to 70 years old, with an average of 40.62 years old. 22 cases of epilepsy, more than dizziness, exercise or sensory disturbance. CT showed extensive brain atrophy in 22 cases, extensive brain atrophy with focal lesions in 7 cases, 13 cases of localized brain atrophy. Results The abnormal rate of somatosensory evoked potential (SEP) was 80.49% (33/41), the abnormal rate of brainstem auditory evoked potential (BAEP) was 63.41% (26/41) and the visual evoked potential (VEP) was 52.17% 23). The total abnormality rate of three evoked potentials was 95.23%, higher than that of EEG (63.16%, 24/38)
