目的:探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)肝双期扫描后肝血管重建技术在原发性肝癌中的诊断价值。方法:回顾分析15例原发性肝癌MSCT肝双期扫描后肝血管重建的表现,重建技术有多平面重建(MPR)及三维重建(SVR),SVR有两种方法:表面遮盖法(SSD)和最大密度投影(MIP)。结果:MSCT肝双期扫描后动脉期血管SVR图像直观,立体感强,能清晰显示动静脉瘘,但不能显示瘘口;MPR成像能清楚显示门脉主干及下腔静脉内癌栓的整体形态及范围。结论:MSCT肝双期扫描后肝血管重建技术是显示肝癌合并动静脉瘘及静脉系统内癌栓的有效无创伤性方法。
Objective: To investigate the value of multi-slice spiral CT (MSCT) in the diagnosis of primary liver cancer after hepatectomy. Methods: We retrospectively analyzed the performance of hepatic revascularization in 15 patients with primary hepatocellular carcinoma (MSCT) undergoing hepatic bi-phase scanning. Reconstruction techniques include multiple planar reconstruction (MPR) and three-dimensional reconstruction (SVR). SVR has two methods: And maximum density projection (MIP). Results: Arteriovenous vascular SVR images were more visual and stereophilic after MSCT hepatic bi-phase scanning, which could clearly show arteriovenous fistula but not fistula. MPR imaging could clearly show the overall morphology of portal vein thrombosis And range. Conclusion: The hepatic revascularization technique after MSCT hepatic bi-phase scan is an effective and non-invasive method to display the tumor thrombus in the liver cancer with arteriovenous fistula and venous system.
