随着电力在农村的普及,电力给农村带来光明和经济飞速发展的同时,也引发了大量的人身触电伤亡事故,由此产生的电力损害赔偿案件也随之增多。在对待和处理农村触电事故时,由于不少人缺乏电业管理专业知识和相关的法律知识,致使出现了一些错误观点和认识。笔者就实践中遇到的一些情况,提出肤浅见解和大家一起探讨。 误区之一:供电企业是低压设施的受益者,根据权利、义务相一致的原则,对低压设施上发生的触电事故,供电企业应承担民事责任。
