随着国内电力市场逐渐饱和,电力集团纷纷走出国门,到境外开发电力项目。由于电力集团对外投资大多集中在东南亚及南亚、非洲等经济不是很发达且电力缺乏的国家或地区,除少量的褐地投资(境外并购)外,对外投资一直以绿地投资方式为主。如何趋利避害,确保项目尽快建成投产并发挥效益,事关电力集团“走出去”的成败。
With the gradual saturation of the domestic electricity market, power groups have gone abroad to develop power projects overseas. As the majority of foreign investment in power groups is concentrated in countries and regions in Southeast Asia, South Asia and Africa, where the economy is not very developed and power is scarce, overseas investment has been dominated by greenfield investment except for a small amount of brownfield investment (overseas M & A). How to profit and avoid disadvantages, to ensure that the project put into operation as soon as possible and bring benefits, related to the power group “going out ” success or failure.
