一般认为人生长激素(hGH)能增加 GH 缺乏患者的生长速度,但关于 hGH 治疗后最终身高的资料很少。本文作者观察137例特发性 GH 缺乏患儿用hGH 治疗的最终身高。患儿分两组。A 组:108例,男91、女17例,有自发的性成熟,未用性激素或性腺抑制剂治疗。B组:29例,男23、女6例,除 GH 缺乏外,还伴有促性腺激素缺乏。所有患儿肌注 hGH,每周2~3次,每周剂量0.15~0.5IU/kg,至少治疗2年,直到骨骺接近愈合。B 组患儿治疗期间,如身高增长速度每年<2cm,人工诱导青春期。骨龄用 Greulich 和 Pyle图谱估价,青春期开始年龄到 hGH 治疗结束的年龄
It is generally accepted that human growth hormone (hGH) increases the growth rate of GH-deficient patients, but there is very little data on the final height after hGH treatment. The authors observed the final height of 137 patients with idiopathic GH deficiency treated with hGH. Children divided into two groups. A group: 108 cases, 91 males and 17 females, with spontaneous sexual maturity, not treated with sex hormones or gonadal inhibitors. Group B: 29 cases, 23 males and 6 females, in addition to GH deficiency, but also accompanied by gonadotropin deficiency. All children intramuscular hGH, 2 to 3 times a week, weekly dose 0.15 ~ 0.5IU / kg, at least for 2 years until the epiphyseal close to healing.
