随着抗菌药物的广泛应用,呼吸道感染菌群变迁及耐药性日益严重。近年来,不动杆菌(Acinetobacter,AC)导致的下呼吸道感染日趋增多。本文分析我院1997年1月～1998年12月58例AC导致的下呼吸道感染的临床特点及其对常用抗菌药物的敏感性,以便帮助下呼吸道感染的临床诊断及合理选用抗生素。
With the wide application of antibacterial drugs, bacterial infection and respiratory tract infections become increasingly serious. In recent years, Acinetobacter (Acinetobacter, AC) caused by lower respiratory tract infections are increasingly increased. This article analyzes our hospital from January 1997 to December 1998 58 cases of lower respiratory tract infection caused by AC clinical features and its sensitivity to commonly used antimicrobial agents in order to help clinical diagnosis of lower respiratory tract infection and rational use of antibiotics.
