目的 分析 1988～ 1997年磁县恶性肿瘤的发病情况。方法 发病资料取自磁县肿瘤登记处 ,采用ICD 9编码 ,EPI软件进行统计分析。结果 磁县 1988～ 1997年恶性肿瘤新发病例 12 80 6例 ,其中男性 76 70例 ,女性 5 136例。男女性世界标化发病率分别为 4 0 8.94 / 10万和 2 34.6 9/ 10万。 1988～ 1992年男性恶性肿瘤世界标化发病率为 4 38.84 / 10万 ,女性为2 34.6 8/ 10万。食管癌居首位 ,男性世界标化率为 2 4 7.5 9/ 10万 ,女性 134.74 / 10万。 1993～ 1997年男性恶性肿瘤世界标化发病率为 4 15 .2 6 / 10万。女性为 2 4 6 .16 / 10万。食管癌仍为第一位 ,男女世界标化发病率分别为 2 12 .5 5 / 10万和 138.0 8/ 10万。结论 磁县恶性肿瘤发病较为稳定 ,食管癌为最主要的恶性肿瘤 ,其次为胃癌 ,男性肺癌有所上升 ,女性乳腺癌上升明显。
Objective To analyze the incidence of malignant tumors in Ci County from 1988 to 1997. Methods Incidence data were collected from Cixian Cancer Registry, using ICD 9 coding, and EPI software was used for statistical analysis. Results There were 1,280 new cases of malignant tumors in Cixian from 1988 to 1997, among which 76 70 were males and 5 136 were females. The prevalence of standardized male and female sexes is 4 0 8.94 / 100,000 and 2 34.6 9 / 100,000, respectively. From 1988 to 1992, the worldwide standardized rate of male malignant tumors was 4 38.84 / 100,000, and that of women was 2 34.6 8 / 100,000. Esophageal cancer ranks first in the world. The standardized rate for men in the world is 2 4 7.5 9/100,000, and women are 134.74 per 100,000. From 1993 to 1997, the worldwide standardized rate of male malignant tumors was 4 15 .26/100,000. Women are 2 4 6 .16 / 100,000. Esophageal cancer is still the number one, and the standardized rates for men and women in the world are 2 12 .5 5 / 100,000 and 138.0 8 / 100,000, respectively. Conclusion The incidence of malignant tumors in Cixian County is relatively stable. Esophageal cancer is the most important malignancy, followed by gastric cancer. Men’s lung cancer has increased, and women’s breast cancer has increased significantly.
