我对应邀在这里讲一讲训练问题,感到非常荣幸,特别是因为这次大会标志着你们这个伟大国家的麻风防治工作进入了一个新阶段。我懂得你们许多人从事麻风训练的时间比我长得多。我也知道“在上千年前中国文献中就清楚地提到一种被叫做麻风的病”,而在那个时候我的祖先不用说还没有文献,可能连文字也没有。教者要提出三个问题:要教什么?应该怎样教?怎样才能知道已教会了?学习者也应提出三个类似的问题:需要学什么?该怎样学?怎么才能知道已经学会了?教者可采取四个步骤来满足这些要求:(1)根据要做的工作来安排训练,确保在训练开始,学习者就知道学完后他们应能干些什么工作;
I feel honored to be invited here to talk about the training issue, especially since this conference marks a new phase in the leprosy control work of your great country. I know many of you are leprosy training longer than I am.
