总结我院近10年儿童胆道急症55例（先天性胆道闭锁除外），50例经手术明确诊断。提示胆道给石与胆道蛔虫是我地区儿童胆过急症的主要病因.
Summarize 55 cases of biliary tract emergency (except congenital biliary atresia) in our hospital for nearly 10 years, 50 cases were diagnosed by operation. Prompted biliary stone and biliary Ascaris is the main cause of children with bile in our region.
