建筑工程造价是建筑实施单位与运用单位双方都关注的问题,对于施工单位而言,控制工程造价能够节约成本,在确保建筑工程项目质量的条件下赢得很多的利润,对于业主而言,合乎情理的建筑工程项目造价可以防止遭受额外亏损。目前,影响建筑工程造价的原因较多,这些原因均在不同程度上影响着建筑工程的实际造价。针对上述问题,主要就建筑工程造价设计的问题进行探讨,并且提出了有效降低工程遭际的几点建议,希望能对于今后的建筑工程发展起到一定帮助。
