作物产量分布信息是精准农业的关键基础数据.以数字型冲量式谷物质量流量传感器为核心部件,应用CAN总线架构设计了联合收割机测产系统.设计了双平行梁结构的冲量式谷物质量流量传感器,其中第一根平行梁上的拦截指直接受谷物籽粒流冲击;第二根平行梁则只用于检测收割机振动以及地形变化引起机器倾斜等干扰,不与谷物籽粒流接触.采用最小二乘法求取自适应对消因子,利用第二根平行梁输出作为参考信号进行自适应干扰对消,有效地消除了第一根测量平行梁中各种干扰引起的输出.大田初步实验结果表明,最大相对测产误差小于4%.
