利用琼脂糖—人血纤维蛋白平板法和 TAME法 ,分别测定按药典采收加工方法和实验新法所得蚯蚓药材的活性成分 ,结果表明 ,蚯蚓的采收加工以实验新法所得药材的活性成分较高 ,并且简便易行 ,值得推广
The agarose-human fibrin plate method and TAME method were used to determine the active ingredients of wolfberry medicinal materials obtained according to the Pharmacopoeia harvesting processing method and the experimental new method. The results showed that the harvested wolfberry harvested and processed with the new active ingredients obtained from the experimental new method , and easy to use, worthy of promotion
