为观察儿童头发微量元素与克山病发病关系,于病情高发期、稳定期、无病期对病区儿童头发Se、Zn、Cu、Fe、Mg元素动态检测。结果:高发期病区儿童头发Se含量明显低于病情稳定及无病期。从动态观察Se与病情呈负相关关系,病区儿童病情稳定及无病期发Se升高的直接原因为饮食结构及质量的改变和提高。Zn高发期高;Cu、Fe、Mg与病情无明显关系。
In order to observe the relationship between micronutrients and Keshan disease in children, the dynamic changes of Se, Zn, Cu, Fe and Mg in the hair of ward children were detected in the condition of high risk, stable and disease free period. Results: Se content of hair in children with high incidence of disease was significantly lower than the stable disease and disease-free period. From the dynamic observation of Se and the disease was negatively correlated, children in the ward stable condition and disease-free period Se rise directly due to changes in diet and quality and improve. Zn high incidence period; Cu, Fe, Mg and the disease had no significant relationship.
