宋子文一生与广东的渊源极深,尤与财政有不解之缘。他自出任广州国民政府财政部长兼广东省财政厅长后,崭露头角,建立健全财经机构、整理税务及金融货币,增加财政收入,为统一革命根据地财政作出重要贡献。这些大大提高了其政治地位,并为后来继续为中央政府理财打下了良好的基础。任职南京国民政府时,他主持统一全国财政,但仍心系广东,多次往粤整顿财政金融,协调宁粤关系。抗战胜利后,宋子文赴粤主政,整理财税及币制,吸收外汇和侨资,加强缉私。最终无力回天,随着国民党的彻底失败而黯然退出政坛。
Soong’s life and Guangdong’s deep roots, especially with the financial bond. After he took the post of Minister of Finance of Guangzhou National Government and Minister of Finance of Guangdong Province, he made a striking public appearance, established and improved financial and economic institutions, arranged tax and financial currencies, increased fiscal revenue and made important contributions to the unification of the revolutionary base areas. These greatly enhanced their political status and laid a good foundation for the subsequent continued administration of wealth for the Central Government. When he was in charge of the Nanjing National Government, he presided over the unification of the national finance, but he still remained in the heart of Guangdong. He tried many times to rectify the finance and finance in Guangdong and coordinate the relations between Ningxia and Guangdong. After the victory of the Anti-Japanese War, Soong managed his administration in Guangdong, sorted out fiscal, tax and currency systems, absorbed foreign exchange and overseas Chinese funds, and intensified anti-smuggling. Eventually unable to return to heaven, with the complete failure of the Kuomintang and sadly withdraw from the political arena.
