近年来,由于国内经济环境的变化和亚洲金融危机的影响,我国利用外资增长总体上呈现下滑趋势.进入2OOO年以来,我国利用外资的国内外环境发生了新的变化,引资额明显回升.统计显示,会年头5个月我国新批合同外资金额、实际使用外资金额均比去年同用有较大幅度的增长,预计这种僧长势头还将持续下去.
