受流质量是高速电气化铁路接触网需要解决的关键问题。以客货共线电气化铁路遂渝线为例,对影响接触网受流质量的波动传播速度、接触力、接触导线的动态高差及动态抬升量、接触网悬挂的弹性等进行分析,阐述提高受流质量的遂渝线接触网设计原则和采用的设计参数,包括接触导线张力、不同区段的接触网悬挂方式及其新型接触网零部件、合理的跨距和结构高度等。综合试验表明:弓网接触力数值分布在现行规定的40~200 N之间,接触线一跨内的动态高差最大值为95 mm,硬点和冲击的数值分布在20g~50g范围内,遂渝线接触网的弓网受流性能满足列车速度220 km.h-1以下的安全运行要求。
The quality of current flow is the key issue that needs to be solved in the high-speed electrified railway catenary. Taking the Su-Yu line as an example, the paper analyzes the wave propagation velocity, contact force, dynamic elevation difference of contact wire and dynamic lift, the elasticity of catenary suspension and so on, which influence the quality of catenary, The design principles of the Suyu line catenary and the design parameters adopted by the current quality include contact wire tension, catenary suspension in different sections and its new catenary components, reasonable span and structure height. The comprehensive test shows that the numerical distribution of the contact force of the bow mesh is between 40 and 200 N, the maximum value of the dynamic height difference within one span of the contact line is 95 mm, the values of the hardness and the impact are distributed within the range of 20g ~ 50g, Sui Yu-line contact network bow flow network to meet the train speed of 220 km.h-1 the following safe operation requirements.
