目的 探讨不同膳食配分在胃肠内的滞留时间,为防治飞行人员胃肠疾病提供依据。方法 40名飞行员,每组10名,分别食用普通膳食、高糖膳食、高脂肪膳食和高蛋白膳食后即刻服钡剂观察通过幽门的时间,并于餐后1h、2 h、3 h、4 h、6 h、10 h、24 h、48 h复查,其中10名飞行员于餐后1 h、2 h、3 h、4 h、6 h腹部摄片,计算食物在胃、小肠、结肠的停留时间。结果 按胃排空时间的长短排列,依次为高脂肪膳食、高蛋白膳食、高糖膳食和普通膳食。小肠、结肠的排空时间均在正常范围内。结论 飞行前早餐不宜高脂肪膳食,以高糖膳食为宜。
Objective To investigate the residence time of different dietary ingredients in gastrointestinal tract and provide basis for prevention and treatment of gastrointestinal diseases in pilots. Methods A total of 40 pilots, 10 pilots per group, were enrolled in this study. The pylorus passage time was observed immediately after eating normal diet, high-sugar diet, high-fat diet and high protein diet respectively. The duration of pylorus passage was observed at 1 h, 2 h, 3 h, 4 h, 6 h, 10 h, 24 h and 48 h. 10 pilots took abdominal imaging at 1 h, 2 h, 3 h, 4 h and 6 h after meal to calculate the food stay in stomach, small intestine and colon time. The results according to the length of gastric emptying arranged in order, followed by high-fat diet, high protein diet, high-sugar diet and ordinary diet. Intestinal, colon emptying time are in the normal range. Conclusion Pre-flight breakfast should not be high-fat diet, high-sugar diet is appropriate.
