目的:探讨胰岛素30R、二甲双胍肠溶片联合叶酸、维生素B12、21-金维他治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法:92例2型糖尿病患者,按随机数字表法分成对照组和观察组。对照组采用胰岛素30R、二甲双胍肠溶片治疗;观察组采用胰岛素30R、二甲双胍肠溶片联合叶酸、维生素B12、21-金维他。结果:治疗8周后,进行两组空腹血糖对比,餐后2小时血糖对比都低于治疗前,差异明显具有显著性(P<0.05);治疗8周后观察组空腹血糖对比,餐后2小时血糖对比都低于对照组,差异明显具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:胰岛素30R、二甲双胍肠溶片联合叶酸、维生素B12、21-金维他能更好有效的控制2型糖尿病。
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of insulin 30R, metformin enteric-coated tablets combined with folic acid, vitamin B12, 21-epirubicin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods: Ninety-two patients with type 2 diabetes were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table. The control group was treated with insulin 30R and metformin enteric-coated tablets. Insulin 30R and metformin enteric-coated tablets combined with folic acid, vitamin B12 and 21-vmet were used in the observation group. Results: After 8 weeks of treatment, the comparison of fasting blood glucose between the two groups was carried out. The blood glucose levels at 2 hours after the meal were all lower than those before treatment (P <0.05). After 8 weeks of treatment, Hour blood glucose were lower than the control group, the difference was significant (P <0.05). Conclusions: Insulin 30R and metformin enteric-coated tablets combined with folic acid and vitamin B12,21-etanercept can better control type 2 diabetes.
