为进一步加强医院质量管理,减少医疗服务中的差错和事故,强化对住院患儿的人文关怀,我院于2005年5月成立了出院检查站,对医院的三级质量管理进行优化,现将具体做法简述如下。一、具体做法(一)出院检查站的筹建:基于对近年来医疗事故病例的回顾,并结合儿科疾病的临床特点以及我院患儿入、出院的实际操作情况,在借鉴国内外医院服务理念的基础上,决定对住院患儿诊疗流程进行调整,设立出院检查站加强管理,以进一步减少医疗
