异搏定(IP)是治疗室上性心动过速(SVT)的有效药物之一.治疗室性心动过速(VT)临床常选用利多卡因、溴卡胺、心律平和乙胺碘呋酮等.近年来,文献报道 IP 对某些类型的 VT 有良好效果,这不仅具有实用价值,同时也具有理论意义,故受到临床医生的重视。本文复习文献并结合我们的经验作一综述.特发性良性 VTBelhassen 报道1例无明确心脏病、反复发作 VT 的28岁的男性患者,利多卡因治疗无效,静脉注射 IP 却有效,口服尚能预防复发.以后文献报告日渐增多.归纳起来,此类 VT 具如下特点:
