中医辨证讲解按中医辨证分析,颈椎病分为两大类型:颈型:各椎间关节及肌筋损伤、颈而僵硬、低头、仰头、旋转受限。神颈根型:颈丛、臂丛神经受压、上臂及手而麻木疼痛、无力等。颈3~4有时颈、枕部出现障碍。颈4~5有时颈、肩顶、上臂及前臂外,出现麻木或疼痛。颈5~6有障碍,拇指与食指麻、痛;肩胛内缘上段有压痛、肱二头肌肌力下降。
TCM syndrome differentiation According to TCM syndrome differentiation, cervical spondylosis is divided into two types: neck type: the intervertebral joint and muscle tendons injury, stiff neck, bow, upward head, limited rotation. God neck type: cervical plexus, brachial plexus compression, upper arm and hand numbness pain, weakness and so on. Neck 3 ~ 4 sometimes neck, occipital obstacles. Neck 4 ~ 5 sometimes neck, shoulder, upper arm and forearm, numbness or pain. Neck 5 to 6 have obstacles, thumb and index finger numbness, pain; upper edge of the scapular tenderness, decreased biceps muscle strength.
