本实验以PEP, PEP/LVET作为衡量左心室功能的指标,0测出麻醉猫STI各参数为:QS_2: 177±3.7ms; LVET: 127±2.8ms; PEP: 50±2.8ms; PEP/LVET: 0.399±0.03.其中仅QS_2, LVET与HR呈负性相关性。 山豆根碱静注降压时,不影响麻醉猫的左室功能和心率,其降压效应系扩张阻力血管所致。戊脉安静注降压时,伴有左心室功能抑制和心率减慢,所致PEP延长与SBP下降呈负性相关。但此作用仅为其降压效应的部分原因。
In this experiment, PEP, PEP/LVET was used as a measure of left ventricular function. 0 measured STI parameters in anesthetized cats: QS_2: 177±3.7ms; LVET: 127±2.8ms; PEP: 50±2.8ms; PEP/LVET : 0.399±0.03. Among them, only QS_2 and LVET were negatively correlated with HR. When sophorae intravenously reduces blood pressure, it does not affect left ventricular function and heart rate in anesthetized cats, and its antihypertensive effect is caused by the expansion of resistance vessels. When the venus was injected with vasoconstrictor, the left ventricular function was inhibited and the heart rate was slowed down. The prolongation of PEP was negatively correlated with the decrease of SBP. However, this effect is only part of the reason for its antihypertensive effect.
