治疗肿瘤药物的一个严重缺点是其抗癌作用的选择性不高。要提高抗癌药的疗效和减小其毒性,就需要设计具有选择性高和特异性强的药物。为此,除了从药物本身的特异性进行探索外,还可利用载体分子与机体某些组织具有较高亲和力的特性,把抗癌药携带到靶细胞内以增强其杀伤瘤细胞的效力。这方面工作目前尚处于实验研究阶段,但在抗癌药研究中已展现出一个值得重视的领域。
A serious drawback of the treatment of oncology drugs is their low selectivity for anticancer effects. To improve the efficacy and reduce the toxicity of anticancer drugs, it is necessary to design drugs with high selectivity and specificity. To this end, in addition to exploring the specificity of the drug itself, it is also possible to utilize carrier molecules and certain tissues of the body with higher affinity characteristics to carry anticancer drugs into the target cells to enhance their efficacy of killing tumor cells. The work in this area is still at the stage of experimental research, but it has shown an area worthy of attention in the research of anticancer drugs.
