采用反应性PVD方法在金刚石表面沉积金属钛镀层，用X射线衍射分析了镀层的成分，证实了镀层中碳化钛的生成。扫描电镜分析表明，金刚石复合体中金刚石与基体金属之间结合致密，并提出了金刚石与基体金属之间的粘结机理。
The reactive PVD method was used to deposit the metallic titanium coating on the diamond surface. The composition of the coating was analyzed by X-ray diffraction. The formation of titanium carbide in the coating was confirmed. Scanning electron microscopy analysis showed that diamond and matrix metal in diamond composites are densely packed, and the bonding mechanism between diamond and matrix metal is proposed.
