对不同胶粉掺量下的橡胶沥青,进行针入度、软化点、延度、粘度、弹性恢复、粘韧性和韧性试验,结果表明胶粉掺量为23%(外掺)时,橡胶沥青的各项性能均较好。通过配合比设计,确定了矿料级配和最佳油石比,并对橡胶沥青混合料进行车辙试验、低温弯曲试验、浸水马歇尔试验和冻融劈裂试验。结果表明,抗车辙剂可明显改善橡胶沥青混合料的高温性能,同时也会使其低温性能降低。
The rubber bitumen with different content of rubber powder was tested for penetration, softening point, ductility, viscosity, elastic recovery, viscidity and toughness. The results showed that when the content of rubber powder is 23% The performance is better. According to the mix design, the gradation of mineral aggregate and the best ratio of oil to stone were determined, and the rutting test, the low temperature bending test, the immersion Marshall test and the freeze-thaw splitting test were carried out on the rubber asphalt mixture. The results show that the anti-rutting agent can significantly improve the high temperature performance of rubber asphalt mixture, while also reducing the low temperature performance.
