今年四月十三日,上海《解放日报》刊登了《一份令人深思的档案》一文。这篇短文发表的时间距今已过三月,但它反映的问题,确实值得注意,今特予转载。改革包括档案在内的人事工作,是落实尊重知识、尊重人才的重要一环。这篇文章说明,在这方面,还有不少思想认识问题和具体问题需要研究解决。首先,是要进一步认真肃清“左”的影响。抓住鸡毛蒜皮的小事无限上纲,以种种不实之词为据,对人作出苛严的政治评价,对干部和职工的文化科学知识和业务专长不重视,甚至以种种借口加以贬低,片面地强调所谓政治情况、政治表现,这既是“以阶级斗争为纲”的“左”倾错误影响在人才问题(包括人事档案)上的反映,也是愚昧无知的表现。
