针对运输网络再路由问题,提出基于信息状态转移距离和时间约束的再路由策略.依据运输单元所处链路上的位置及其与发生毁伤点的关系,以运输运行时间最短化和信息距离最小化为策略,给出进行时和将来时两种毁伤条件下的再路由策略决策准则.在此基础上,给出实例分析,验证方法的有效性和实用性.
Aiming at the problem of rerouting in transport network, a rerouting strategy based on distance and time constraint of information state is proposed.According to the position of the link on which the transport unit is located and the relationship between the rerouting point and the damage point, the shortest transport distance and information distance Into the strategy, and gives the decision criterion of rerouting tactics under the two kinds of damage condition in the time and in the future.On the basis of this, the example analysis and the verification method are valid and practical.
