过去的中学课堂,一般实行的是教师主导式的被动教学——而其中学生的主动性与自由、创造精神都被遮蔽或压制。所以,当前我们需要转变观念,需要激活课堂,需要激发学生形成互动。我们必须要让每一个学生都积极主动地参与到课堂中来,让课堂成为文化的课堂、人本的课堂、和谐的课堂和互动的课堂。而在这样的“主体间性”课堂空间和“互文性”的师生关系指引和牵涉下,我们将会逐步构建出真正健康、积极、和谐的课堂文化,也才能达到真正的课堂最优化绩效。
In the past, secondary school classrooms generally implemented teacher-led passive teaching - in which students’ initiatives and freedoms and creativity were obscured or suppressed. Therefore, at present we need to change our concept, we need to activate the classroom, we need to stimulate students to form an interaction. We have to have every student actively participate in the classroom to make the classroom a cultural classroom, a human-centered classroom, a harmonious classroom and an interactive classroom. In such “intersubjectivity” classroom space and “intertextuality ” teacher-student relationship under the guidance and involvement, we will gradually build a truly healthy, positive and harmonious classroom culture, but also to achieve real Classroom Optimization Performance.
