随着城市建设步伐的加快,中心城市不断在向周边辐射,地铁工程也逐渐成为轨道交通建设中的重要项目。地铁工程的增加,使地铁工机电安装工程造价管理与成本控制也越来越广泛地被关注。本文结合地铁机电设备安装的特点,深入分析了地铁机电安装工程造价管理和成本控制中存在的一些问题,并总结出地铁机电安装工程造价管理与成本控制的一些策略,仅供参考。
With the accelerating pace of urban construction, central cities are constantly radiating to the surrounding areas and the subway project has gradually become an important project in the construction of rail transit. The increase of metro projects has also paid more and more attention to the cost management and cost control of metro electromechanical installation projects. Based on the characteristics of metro electrical and mechanical equipment installation, this paper deeply analyzes some problems in metro electromechanical installation project cost management and cost control, and summarizes some strategies of metro electromechanical installation project cost management and cost control, for reference only.
