目的:从冬凌草中寻找具有血浆复钙作用的活性成分。方法:对冬凌草乙酸乙酯部位和甲醇部位采用各种柱色谱进行分离纯化,以对体外血浆复钙时间的影响为活性指标,对冬凌草中活性成分进行筛选。结果:从乙酸乙酯部位和甲醇部位共分离鉴定了6个化合物,其中,与维生素K1组相比,冬凌草甲素(1)和迷迭香酸(2)对血浆复钙时间的影响无显著性差异;与空白组相比,咖啡酸(3)对血浆复钙时间的影响无显著性差异;水杨酸(4)(214.77±5.8)s和阿魏酸(5)(233.43±6.88)s对血浆复钙时间小于空白组(252.23±2.6)s,大于维生素K1组(158.2±2.33)s;香草酸(6)(286.2±4.53)s对血浆复钙时间大于空白组,小于灯盏花素组(309.87±2.34)s。结论:冬凌草甲素、迷迭香酸、水杨酸和阿魏酸具有促凝血作用;香草酸具有抗凝血作用。
OBJECTIVE: To search for the active ingredient with the function of blood recalcification from Rubescens. Methods: The ethyl acetate fraction and the methanol fraction of Rubia cordyceps were isolated and purified by various column chromatographies, and the influence on the calcium complexation time in vitro was taken as the activity index. The active constituents in Rubesorium indicundum were screened. RESULTS: Six compounds were isolated from ethyl acetate and methanol. Among them, the effects of oridonin (1) and rosmarinic acid (2) on the plasma calcium complexation time compared with vitamin K1 group (4) (214.77 ± 5.8) s and ferulic acid (5) (233.43 ± s), respectively. There was no significant difference between the two groups 6.88) s was less than that of the blank group (252.23 ± 2.6) s, which was significantly higher than that of the vitamin K1 group (158.2 ± 2.33) s; vanillic acid (6) (286.2 ± 4.53) s was more effective than the blank group Breviscapine group (309.87 ± 2.34) s. Conclusion: Rubescensine A, rosmarinic acid, salicylic acid and ferulic acid have the procoagulant effect. Vanillic acid has anticoagulant effect.
