目的 研究聚乙烯有机粉尘的毒性作用。方法 采用大白鼠被动式粉尘吸入法染尘 ,以肺巨噬细胞毒性和肺组织形态学改变为主要观察指标。结果 该种有机粉尘LD50 >1 5 0 0 0~ 30 0 0 0mg/kg,属无毒物质 ;染尘后的体外细胞培养液中巨噬细胞着色率和乳酸脱氢酶活性单位显著高于阴性对照组 (P <0 0 0 1 ) ,但低于石英组 ,对肺巨噬细胞有轻微毒性 ;对大鼠支气管染尘后观察 1~ 1 8个月 ,实验动物肺组织片上可见网织纤维增生和少量胶原纤维 ,但同石英粉尘比较其病理变化、纤维化程度低。结论 聚乙烯有机粉尘属低毒粉尘。对大鼠肺有轻度的致纤维化作用
Objective To study the toxic effects of polyethylene organic dust. Methods Dust was inhaled by passive dust inhalation in rats. The changes of pulmonary macrophage cytotoxicity and lung histomorphology were taken as the main indexes. Results The organic dust LD50> 150 ~ 30 000 mg / kg, which is a non-toxic substance; the staining of macrophage and the activity of lactate dehydrogenase in cell culture medium after inoculation were significantly higher than those in negative Control group (P <0.01), but lower than the quartz group, slightly toxic to lung macrophages; the bronchial lungs observed in rats after 1 ~ 18 months, the experimental animal lung tissue can be seen on the reticular fibers Hyperplasia and a small amount of collagen fibers, but compared with quartz dust pathological changes, low degree of fibrosis.
