为全面实施公司“一强三优”现代公司发展战略,提升同业对标指标,根据年度目标下达任务,采取多种措施提升人才当量密度指标。基于对公司三类当量人员和每个人的人才当量现状分析,分别从宣传培训、分级管理、政策激励、长期跟踪以及平台搭建和专家培养等六个方面提出了提升人才当量密度指标的办法和措施,有效完成全年任务,实现员工与企业的共同成长。
