目的探讨嗜酸性胃肠炎的CT影像及临床特点,旨在提高对本病的认识。方法回顾性分析5例嗜酸性胃肠炎患者的CT影像表现及其临床资料。结果嗜酸性胃肠炎患者临床症状表现为多样性;CT影像主要表现为以胃和小肠为主的弥漫性管壁水肿和增厚,CT影像显示病变部位和程度与临床疼痛部位和症状基本一致;患者外周血嗜酸性粒细胞计数明显升高,患者对激素治疗敏感。结论 CT检查可快速显示嗜酸性胃肠炎的病变范围和程度,这有助于对本病的诊断和治疗。
Objective To explore the eosinophilic gastroenteritis CT images and clinical features, aimed at raising awareness of the disease. Methods The CT findings and clinical data of 5 patients with eosinophilic gastroenteritis were retrospectively analyzed. Results The clinical manifestations of patients with eosinophilic gastroenteritis showed diversity. The CT images mainly showed diffuse wall edema and thickening of the stomach and small intestine. CT images showed that the location and extent of the lesions were basically the same as those of the clinical pain sites ; Patients with peripheral blood eosinophil count was significantly elevated, the patient is sensitive to hormone therapy. Conclusion CT examination can quickly show the extent and extent of eosinophilic gastroenteritis lesions, which contribute to the diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
