Primary laryngeal fungal disease is very rare. Clinically easy to misdiagnosis, diagnosed sometimes quite troublesome. This article reports 3 cases as follows. 1 clinical data and results in 3 cases were female, aged 36 to 37 years. Reasons caused: a cold, menstrual disorders in 1 case, excessive talk in 1 case.
