文中介绍了把在苯胺生产中产生的蒸馏釜残渣与环氧树脂ЭД-20进行反应,反应得到含氨基的低聚物КА-40,把它作为氯丁橡胶胶粘剂88CA的改性剂并进行了应用研究。用改性的88CA胶粘剂对СКИ-3异戊橡胶硫化胶进行粘合,其剪切强度比使用未改性胶粘剂的剪切强度高出40%。该改性剂不仅可以作为异戊橡胶СКИ-3、乙丙橡胶及丁腈橡胶硫化胶互相粘合的增粘剂使用,还可以作为СКИ-3硫化胶与金属粘合的增粘剂。
In this paper, the distillation residue produced in the aniline production was reacted with the epoxy resin ЭД-20 to obtain the amino group-containing oligomer КА-40, which was used as modifier of neoprene adhesive 88CA Applied research. Adhesion of СКИ-3 isoprene rubber vulcanizate with a modified 88CA adhesive resulted in a shear strength of 40% higher than that of the unmodified adhesive. The modifier can not only be used as isoprene rubber СКИ-3, ethylene-propylene rubber and nitrile rubber adhesive adhesion between the tackifier use, but also as СКИ-3 vulcanized rubber and metal adhesion tackifier.
